Amie graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in Public Policy and Interdisciplinary Honors in Ethics in Society. Prior to joining CACS, Amie assisted early-stage startups with business development and user interaction through 500Startups and the Designer Fund. Amie was a recipient of the Sand Hill Fellowship in Philanthropy. She was also awarded a Haas fellowship and a research grant to complete original fieldwork on user experience and impact evaluation at a social enterprise in Rio de Janeiro. Amie has extensive work, study, and research experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors in the U.S., Brazil, Israel, and Germany.
