Pooja is a member of Stanford's Class of 2014, and is planning to double-major in Symbolic Systems and Computer Science. She is also a student of economics and education. Pooja has lived in California since birth, and has been personally involved in analyzing California's state government through her high-school government and civics team. Pooja is interested in entrepreneurship and education and hopes to combine these two passions one day in innovative technologies and educational methodologies to reflect what she believes are the most important reforms affecting youths. Pooja is also a social media and marketing strategist, and plans to work in these capacities at a couple of startups in the next few months. At Stanford, Pooja holds leadership roles in BASES (Stanford's entrepreneurial group), the Stanford Pre-Business Association, Stanford's Hindi Film Dance Team Dil Se, and the World Change Coalition.
